By accessing The Doxa Hub ("the Service") at thedoxahub.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by JOAO MATHEUS CARDOSO DIAS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA (CNPJ 62.052.421/0001-13), trade name J M C DIAS, brand The Doxa Hub.
3. Digital services
The Doxa Hub provides digital community content, editorial information, and optional premium digital features (subscriptions and feature packs) sold via Paddle as merchant of record.
4. Internal credits
Free platform credits may be granted through activity. Credits have no monetary value, are not withdrawable, not transferable, and may only be used within the Service. Credits are not sold as virtual currency or stored value.
5. Editorial content
Content is informational and may be assisted by AI with disclosure. It does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the Service, post unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent moderation or payment systems.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or real-time accuracy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
