How to send one

Email support@thedoxahub.com with the address of the story and what is wrong. A name and a way to reply help. You do not need an account.

What we check

We compare the note with the editorial record, which holds the origin of the story. If the briefing is wrong, we correct the text or take the story down. We do not fill a gap with a fact the record does not contain.

What we do not treat as a correction

A disagreement with the framing, without a factual error, may leave the story as it is. We do not remove a story only because a person mentioned in it dislikes the attention. We do fix or remove a story that states a fact the record does not support.

Personal data

A request to access or delete personal data goes to privacidade@thedoxahub.com, under the privacy policy. That request is separate from fixing a story.
